Sales & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchases and be more than 100% happy with our service. However, sometimes things are not perfect. When you make a claim, we aim to resolve it within five working days and to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

Here’s how it works:

  • We can only refund for actual faults and flaws in the product, and for damages in transit. We cannot refund for you changing your mind about the purchase.

  • You must send us a photo of the item showing the fault with the product. 

  • You must provide proof of purchase that clearly states who who bought the item, e.g. a copy of your receipt. If the item is a gift, the original purchaser must provide this proof.

  • Requests for refunds must be done within 30 days of date of purchase.

  • We do not offer refunds for digital downloads.
