Sales & Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchases and be more than 100% happy with our service. However, sometimes things are not perfect. When you make a claim, we aim to resolve it within five working days and to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
Here’s how it works:
We can only refund for actual faults and flaws in the product, and for damages in transit. We cannot refund for you changing your mind about the purchase.
You must send us a photo of the item showing the fault with the product.
You must provide proof of purchase that clearly states who who bought the item, e.g. a copy of your receipt. If the item is a gift, the original purchaser must provide this proof.
Requests for refunds must be done within 30 days of date of purchase.
We do not offer refunds for digital downloads.
